I got a 2nd gen 4runner, 1991... having a bit of trouble trying to get the rear hatch to open. I was told the window has to go down in order to open the liftgate, but either the motor sounds tired or something is blocking this... any help on how to bypass the whole thing so I can get the rear...

Hey guys, new to the site. I hail from north Seattle, WA. Just piced up my first Yota, 1991 4Runner SR5 V6 5-speed... Black exterior and gray interior, 120k (yes you read that right, carfax proved and all). Already lifted 3" and rolling on used 31". Anyone in the Seattle area? :frog:
