Moab/Canyonlands/Arches is pretty nice this time of year. I was there last weekend, most of the trails are open except for Shafer trail switchbacks. I'm sure Capitol Reef is in decent condition too, just not green yet. Looks like a fun adventure.

Icon front and rear shocks (didn't opt for the extra reservoirs on either), light racing UCA's, and Sway-A-way springs. I'm pretty pleased with how it has performed so far. My only complaint is that the adjustable collar on one of my front struts got cross-threaded, so I can't adjust it anymore...

For what it's worth, I have noticed much better cornering, particularly on gravel/dirt roads, with wider wheels and tires. It might not hurt to go with something with a little more aggressive tread pattern if you are using back roads often. Plus it looks better. What are a few mpg's compared to...
