3 inch in the back a little less than 3 in the front, 285s are perfect. I went 295 for a bit and it was too much but still worked. The 265 just looked weird with the lift.

If you aren't doing any crazy trails with big rocks, you will be fine keeping the tubes. I have an 07 Sport and replaced the tubes with DO hybrid sliders bolt mounted to the frame, but I have yet to actually "use" them. Only as steps. RCI skid plates on the other hand. Those I would buy.

If you have the time and want to try to figure it out yourself, I would watch a bunch of videos on 4th gen suspension installs and pay attention to the components. While doing that look at your components and make sure everything is in how it should be. If you have a 1 inch lift I would assume...
