Awesome! I drive a 98 as well (white). No mods, just factory. I've had to replace a few parts such as door switches. Excellent vehicles!

Closest I have driven to a 2021 is a 2010 (I know, pretty far off), I remember a similar click happening when releasing the brake in park. If it was on a hill, the vehicle would move forward an inch or so. It doesn't sound to be an issue unless it's jerking around or making bad sounds...

I drive a 1998. Excellent vehicle. I haven't done any modifications to it, even stock it's taken me over mountains and some very hairy roads, with that lift you'll have to try in order to get it stuck! Hopefully we'll hear more from you in the future, I'm sure I could pick up a few things.
