Swapped out the stock running boards for these tube style that hang from the body mounts. Definitely a little easier getting in and out because they dont stick out as far as stock.

I have 17x8.5 Vision Warrior wheels, with 1.25 front and 1.5 rear wheel spacers, and 285/70/17 Bridgestone Dueler AT Revo tires

No chop, just fender liner moved forward, and plastic bumper trimmed inch or two.

The 5100 bilstein set at max-2.5 gave me about 3" of lift, as opposed to the 2.5" daystar spacer on oem xreas struts that gave me about 2". I wish I just installed the 5100s originally instead of installing the spacer kit, much better ride, and adjustable if a smaller tire/lift becomes wanted...

So many great mods in this thread! I have done a HCF delete, Rear led fog swap, DRL rewire, rear nilight led install, wheel spacers, fishing pole rack!

I just replaced the oem xreas on my 2005 sport at 185k with bilstein 5100s and wow!! I cant even feel the pavement markers when changing lanes anymore. Handles much better. I have stock coils in front and 2" toytec rear coils (that dont feel any different than my stock coils with 1.5" spacer)

Thanks for the reply Morphyne....indeed it was improper install. After removing one strut, found I didnt replace the lower washer from the oem strut. Everything is tight now!

:help: 2 questions on the bilstein 5100s - I removed the x-reas on 2005 sport and installed the bilsteins around with fronts set to max of 2.5 and the top bushing and washer are loose until the suspension drops an inch or two - Is this normal or are my coils just worn? Also is it normal for...
