agreed with above. Usually when you get it started there will be a red battery icon lit up too telling you theres a charging issue. good time to change the belt too since your taking it off. That said, double check that the belt didnt break...

I bought mevotech Lower control arms and while the metal looked good and matched OEM, the rubber ball joint cover was cracking and tore within a year.

I would check the dust shields on the brake discs. THey easily bend when working in that area. I had this happen, and it would only happen when braking- doesnt seem to make sense, but I think the heat from braking can make it flex just enough to start touching the disc.

I got the arnott coil spring setup which came with bilstein shocks. It is amazing and im pretty picky about my on road suspension. much better ride than anything I put on the 4runner
