I've never put HIDs in a non projector housing, lol. HIDs and reflection bowls are arguably dangerous. First retro I did was on my old FJ, obviously had to put a projector in that.

Those will all work since they're all above the units rating. It also appears to have an inline fuse already installed on it so that will go before the any of the fuses on your box. To find which is constant or switched supply you'd need to measure the leads on the fuses with the vehicle turned...

Do you by chance have an aftermarket head unit? As far as fuse rating I would guess that a 5A spot would be fine, I dont imagine a camera would draw much current. Does the label on the wiring specify voltage and current?

Are you rubbing on the mount or on the mud flap? I'm running 17x8.5" with -10 offset and 285 At3w with no cab mount rub. I was rubbing at first but it was on the flaps, removing those fixed it.
