Replace both upper and lower radiator hoses. One has likely separated causing a blocking of the water flow. ellis

Is the leak at a fitting or is it through a corroded pipe. If a pipe is corroded from the inside enough for a leak it may indicate bad plumbing. If it’s at a joint or fitting, just fix that. ellis

While it’s certainly Politically Incorrect to profile names…. claims by “Vlad" or "Muhammad al Hakim” of a “tiny amount of water in one footwell” should be investigated throughly. That water might well have run in though the open window while the car was submerged up to the window on that side...
