How to remove rear bumper fascia?

Got it figured out Turns out removing the bumper was way easier than I thought-- once I found the 'hidden' screw clip. I wrote up my findings about how to remove the bumper cover on the 4Runner at the link.

How to remove rear bumper fascia?

Thanks for the link Actually I had come across that same link. The diagram is (somewhat) helpful, however he kind of glosses over the first part except to say that you need to remove the mudflap part first. That's fine, but in looking at the mudflaps it wasn't clear to me which bolts from...

How to remove rear bumper fascia?

Hi all, I have a 2005 V6 SR5, with 5k factory towing package installed to the rear crossbar. I want to use a weight-distributing hitch, so I've purchased the Curt 13445 hitch and intend to install it myself. So now I need to get the factory hitch receiver off. I am able to torque the bolts...

    New 2005 SR5 V6

Not much-- you might notice the spoiler is different too. Most of the other differences are under the hood (VVT-i and 5 speed tranny). Incidentally, I'm thinking I probably have the highest-milage '05 out there right now: 1700 miles already! It's only 3 weeks old.

4th Gen: How did you plug the holes in the wheel well?

Just thought I'd point out that I went to Home Depot, and while they didn't have the exact part described in the first post, they had something similar. It was in the plumbing isle, near the o-rings and other rubber parts that one would use to repair their faucets. It was a different brand...

And the one you've been waiting for, the spoiler. Unfortunately it's dirty already from some light rain this week, and that really shows up in this photo.

It had 1 mile on it when we picked it up. We had to drive it home before we could get to the camera though!
