They're beefy bolts and should be fine. I just did mine and torqued 'em to 100 ft lbs since that's as high as my wrench measures, then gave it a bit more.

Burned out all the bushings in my rear LCAs and got them prepped for some whiteline bushings to go in this evening. Was having some noticeable, but not terrible torque steer, and it would get pretty twitchy when loaded down and going over 70mph. Hopefully this + new steering rack this weekend...

If it's hydraulics, in the absence of any visible leaks, it's the master. If the seals on the slave are shot, you'll see hydraulic fluid leaking around the pushrod. There's no reservoir for the fluid to flow back to so it goes somewhere. An internal MC leak won't necessarily have any visible...
