While it's hard to say without using the 705's, I feel the 701's are perfect on-road and off-roads for my vehicle. Haha, I'm one of those weirdos that actually like driving. I'll agree about the drive back, after the trip is over, and you're dreading going back to the rat race... now THAT sucks!
