I'm an avid homebrewer over here... and this thread needs more beer! I have a keggle setup for 10G batches, but I usually go with a 9G brewpot, aiming for a final volume of 6G so I can keg 5 and bottle the rest for gifts or competitions.

Man, I love that cheesecloth idea for the basting during a smoke. Definitely going to steal that... looks like the bird turned out delicious.
