Sorry to dredge up an old thread, by I'm having a similar issue on a 2019 SR5 with only 300 miles on the clock.
When engaging the right turn signal there is a rapid clicking noise, but the right dash arrow doesn't illuminate and none of the three (front, mirror, rear) right turn signals...
