Yes. There is a write up somewhere. Basically you press out the long pin holding all the counters together, that gives you enough wiggle room to manipulate them. Then press the pin back into its place. I had the problem of a non-working speedo for 22 years. Edit: found it! YouTube

^^ what he said. That engine will need a new frame, drivetrain, transmissions, drivelines. It's a minitruck. It makes zero sense. If want to do something cool, put a tesla into it.

Pull the panel and see if the mounting locations are there. Should be! Then all you need is new trim pieces. Shoulder part simply bolts to the roll cage.

22-RE More important is that you are in "jumpered" mode (RPMs drop), your RPMs are correctly adjusted at the correct screw. Set it to jumpered mode, adjust rpm (use a 15 USD laser rpm meter from amaz / bay) Set timing. Note: you can adjust it more advanced than 5°. 8, even 10° works fine...

I suggest measuring the actual pressure, then new oil pump probably. Do chains when you are in there as well, and water pump

"Stock" free play is 1" at the wheel. Don't overtighten that to fix other stuff that has play.

The cloth looks close to the EU Switzerland SR5 from 88. It's a bit darker and "bolder" than my US CA 86.
