I also went with Diode Dynamics. I had the LED interior kit already from the factory, but could not stand the 'cool' white color of the bulbs, and replaced the dome, vanity, map, and door lights all with the 'warm 3000k' bulbs. Very happy with it!

I believe in a Lexus, if you shut the motor off while the shifter is in neutral, it will stay in accessory mode, and you can then put it into park. I've been meaning to try this in the 4Runner!!
