Hello, thank you for this informative thread. I managed to get a T10015/PT546-00140 from a junkyard Scion iQ and install it in my 2009 Corolla.
Since it was missing knobs, I just want to put this here for anyone who stumbles across this thread since so many T10015s have missing or damaged...
