Bought an 08 limited with a known bad engine. Presently have most of wiring connections, main harness to ecu, rad, fan clutch off. Ready to split transmission from motor. Looking for a sticky or procedure on engine removal. Thanks

Ok thanks. I’ve found a slew of engines on car-parts.com that are direct fit. 05-09 2UZFE runners and lexus gx470. Sniffing around on forums, guys are saying stay away from 05? No idea why. New to the 4th gen platform. Looking for some direction. Farmgirl

Thanks for the info. Engine failed. Getting pulled and replaced with a donor. Found a bunch on car-parts.com Called on a half dozen, just haven’t made any decisions yet. Also best place to get fsm is TIS? And can I download the entire manual? Thanks again
