I would give a real thorough look at the ignition switch by the sounds of it. Test for power out when there shouldnt be. Just my .02- fatjoe61682

"Big Three" ground wire upgrade
I run a 250A one wire cs144 alt with the big 3 done in 1/0. All I can say is it can do nothing but help all electrical components in your rig.- fatjoe61682
