I used a Mr. Gasket kit in silver that I got off e-Bay for $15.00 which allowed me to do those same hoses with a few others like the ones going to throttle body and even the ones for the windshield squirters.

I would check the button for continuity.

Actually 4 green wheels is AWD and 4 green wheels with yellow center is 4WD indicating the center is locked.

210+ seems high. 192.2 is my normal temp and will go to 194.4 at idle with the A/C on. That is with ambient temps of 90+ degrees (Yesterday it was 112). Out of curiosity, what are you seeing for trans temps?

Mine was 3, 6 and 10mm.

I bought a silicone hose kit Made by Mr. Gasket in Silver off eBay for around $15.00 which included different sizes. I was able to do several vacuum hoses and the coolant hose for the reservoir as well as the ones for the windshield squirters with some leftover.

I ordered an aftermarket OE style hose on eBay. You can also find them on Amazon.

I just remembered (it's been a while) that there are 3 switches on the topside of the TC. 2 on the driver side and one on the passenger side. Once you get the gear selector and TC shifter out, you can look in the hole and kind of see the switches toward the rear of the vehicle. I ended up...

There are an additional 3 switches near the top of the transfer case that should be checked for continuity as well. They are a pain to get to and found it easier to remove the center console and get to them from up there.
