Looks like it's pretty new, not a lot of information on it yet.
I'm not sure if the seat backs can be swapped, best bet would probably be to find a wrecked limited in a junkyard and get the seat covers from it to try.

Since she got a Limited the spare will be a full size 20" alloy with TPMS. In the manual it's actually recommended to put the spare in the rotation for the Limited models.
I have a Salsa Mukluk that I love riding in the snow and mud.
