Have for sale a Tiregate spare tire carrier, will hold up too a 40" tire, it will clear the rear lift gate on a 4Runner, I will include fuel can carrier, if you want the locking can strap that's an extra $20, this thing simply slides into your receiver, pin it, and you tighten down a bolt...
