Update on this, I had to take it to the dealer and the antenna that reads the chip was bad and they had to replace it. The mechanic there told me he had been a Toyota mechanic for 16 years and had never seen this happen. Long story short, 3 days and $268.00 later it is home and working.

It worked for the windows but not the immobilizer. I guess it's off to Toyota.. Damn it..

I already had the frozen caliper, no fun..:dammit:

Thanks guys, I'll cross my fingers and hope that disconnecting the battery will take care of it. I just paid it off and now little things are popping up. Just my luck.
