Im running the falcons as well and have Dobinson 505 in the rear (I also have air bags). I have a full steel rear bumper and so far it has been awesome. Im in the Seattle area (Eastside), if you are interested in seeing it.

I had a Hobie Pro Angler 12 which was extremely heavy and for getting it on the roof I used a Yakima Showboat, best thing ever for loading! Cheers!

Just throwing another crossbar in the mix in case you are interested, Artec makes a pretty nice crossbar (sits low, has good mounting points, really strong) ive been extremely happy with mine.
