OK...solved my own problem. Once I took the rotor off i was able to wire brush the threads from the back side. There was a lot of rust scale in the last few threads. Then I screwed in a bolt from the back side with some good ole' WD40 and sacrificed it to chase the threads. Worked like a champ...
