I did the same thing about 6 months ago with no leaks whatsoever. I was thinking of putting some silicone around the hole before seating the rail. I live in south Florida and have had plenty of leak tests!

I am having the same issue. I replaced the gas cap right away with no improvement. Next was our family's mechanic who diagnosed it as the Canister after contacting Toyota, that worked for a couple months. He openly acknowledged it may not be the exact cause. When I brought it back they did...
