2005 Sequoia skid plate on 2005 4Runner??

05 Sequoia skid plate on 05 4 Runner Yes the accessory skid plate, and was also was considering the Tacoma skid plate -part -PT212-35040 just don't know how much modification is needed before I purchase one....
