The window seal for my slider windows in my 1st gen are cracking and coming out. is there a replacement for this..

The motor in the Passenger side door went out on my 88. I have a new one but wanted to know does it matter where the window is when I replace the motor? right now its stuck about 4 inches down. or can i just pull and replace? Thanks for the help.

you can always pull the entire sliding windows out.. L trim and all. Or pry it out far enough to get your hand back there.. These windows are only held on by some black sticky stuff..
