Can the cold start fuel injector be cleaned or should it just be replaced? 1992 T4R 4WD V6 3.0 Auto Thanks!

Can someone please tell me if a 1992 T4R 4WD V6 3.0 Auto has an Idle Air Control Valve. And if so would a bad or dirty one cause a slow idle at start up ans shaking at 1200-1500 rpm? Thanks for your help!
