Even with my T4R bias, given your situation, I'd be tempted to cash out on the T4R craze. As a casual commuter, the LX will be more comfortable with comparable fuel economy. And with such low miles on the T4R, I'm sure you could get some good money for it. ... or do the hide-in-the-shed thing...

I've also got an 880/906 setup. As I recall 880s aren't side-specific, and when I ordered from Wheelers they set me up with a strut top spacer for the driver's side assembly to help with the weight distribution discrepancy.
