I had a complete 5 speed parts 4runner. Same year and everything. It worked out well. I used the 5 speed ECU and engine/transmission wiring harness. Made it simple. As you can see from my thread, the only issue I had was the engine not cranking.

The body harness doesnt have any of the clutch switch wiring because it was an auto. Im hoping Doc2012, TheDurk or St Runner chime in here. They did the exact same swap how I did it. Pm'd them too. but thanks for trying :)

just confirmed that the wiring for the nss is part of the old auto engine harness.

I think it was part of the old auto engine/trans harness? I used the 5 speed engine/trans harness for my swap.
