Ladder=great idea If the ladder was wider and ran right up the middle so you could reach both sides of roof rack that would be cool. One better might be a fold down type hinged at the bumper that could double as a loading ramp. I guess most people don't put anything quite that big or heavy back...

Its not really that bad, just feels like an older engine. It doesn't do anything funny, idles smooth, shifts good, I think an induction cleaning and tune up would probably straighten it out. I'm going back to drive it again this afternoon, gonna take it out for awhile this time.

Hey thanks for the info. I pretty much just started looking for one the other day. I'd started trying to find a Tacoma but they seem to run about $2000 higher than a 4runner and the 4runners always seem to be in better shape. Now where is that e-locker switch?

cut out flares I think a set of cut out flares like the new flat ones bushwacker makes for the Cherokee would be cool. Being flat would solve the clearance problem with the doors.
