Where on the transfer case is this switch located? I have a 98 limited 4runner and mine's not switching at the VSV's? I looked briefly, but did not see a switch. Is it on top? in back?

Where is this switch on the transfer case? My VSV's are not switching over, as you describe....There has to be a fuse controling this circuit as well?
