Also I just want to mention to everyone because this may be important.. I am not impressed by the braking performance on this car.. its a little inconsistent especially with the larger tires. More importantly I managed to lock up one or two of the tires under hard braking several times already...

It was not a particularly steep hill at all. It absolutely did not require 4low or at least should not have required 4low.. You can see in the video that the 4Runner did make it up in 4hi center locked rear open using only Atrac.. It just struggled, way too much for my comfort! one more thing...

Guys, you do know that Atrac works in hi or low right?? You only need to lock the center for it to work.. When low is required for torque, I use it.. Maybe people are trying to explain that it works better in low?? Well I know that, but its not much better.. You just have more torque to work...

Atrac was definitely working.. you can see in the different modes, the 4runner performed differently. I will be checking into the braking system again soon, but fluid is good and rear pads were just replaced
