    FS: Maryland 2004 SR5 4.7L V8 4WD [ISSUES!]

Full Disclosure: The 4Runner has issues! I regretfully let ol Blue sit for 2 years, and it got sun baked on top and rusted underneath. I brought it out of the mothballs and attempted to restore life into it, but it's proving to be more than I choose to deal with. The most recent issue is the...

Finally! 3D printed SR5 Mudflaps and Flare End Caps (free download)

    * check * check - I have, but it was with different settings vs what marcus clarkus mentions, so I'll have to readjust and recalculate. LOL - yeah the footprint is about 2' wide, and due to the Y axis movement of the bed, about 3' deep, stands about 2' tall as well. I haven't yet tested...

Finally! 3D printed SR5 Mudflaps and Flare End Caps (free download)

I've been considering offering to help print these if there's still interest. I have a CR-10 S4 with a print bed of 15.75" x 15.75", or 40cm x 40cm. I'm wondering though, wouldn't PETG work? Is there a reason not to use it? Also, what infill are you going with? 100%, 35%.. etc, sorry if I...

    Any VA, Mid Atlantic meetups?

It's all good, just wasn't sure if the tools were still needed or not. Trying to save poundage where I can. :D And yup, I'll be leaving at 0dark30 as well, so getting up early... I'm coming from Baltimore and stopping by Centreville to pick up my friend before heading down RT 15/29. I'll be...

    Any VA, Mid Atlantic meetups?

A bit over a week till the meetup! :D I know we spoke of meeting in the AM, but do we have a specific time? Also, does anyone still need me to bring tools for wiring up and tuning CBs and/or antennas or are we all good now? (SWR meter, multi-meter, soldering iron, solder, wire connectors, etc)

    2003 vs. 2004 4Runner?

Good to know. I'd swear I read it here in my frantic search to determine the cause of my 4runner not starting at the time, but it seems I'm mistaken. :D

    2003 vs. 2004 4Runner?

I don't have much input other than to say that I do know from a recent potential starter issue (thank goodness it wasn't the starter! just a loose cable), that for the V8, you would be better off with the '05 or newer as in the '03/'04 the starter is behind the intake manifold making replacement...

    Any VA, Mid Atlantic meetups?

 I was just thinking we might as well turn this into a CB install meet-up. :D Ninja Edit: Here's a thread about wiring / mounting CBs, courtesy of the 4th gen section.

    Any VA, Mid Atlantic meetups?

LOL - it's not that difficult tbh, hardest part would be figuring out your power connection, depending on your battery terminal / etc. We could possibly even hook it all up for you on the spot provided you had all the parts (radio, cable, antenna, antenna mount). I've got tools/SWR meter, etc...

    Any VA, Mid Atlantic meetups?

As I understand it, you almost always want to run either directly to the battery (still fused of course) to reduce interference and other potential problems with the vehicle's electrical system from the high powered radio equipment. I went with the Cobra 75WXST 40 http://amzn.to/2zH3dii since...
