    Do you warm up your V8 before driving?

    I typically wait a minute or so then take off. Your engine should build up oil pressure and the valve train gets oil fairly quickly, if not you have bigger problems to worry about IMO. Strongly recommend staying on top of your preventative maintenance like the others are sayin.. my 4.7 has 205k...

    I also recommend the pressure test overnight, it’s a common practice at the toyota dealer as well. Keep it at the radiator cap specification and you’ll be fine.

    Tacoma vs. Ranger vs. Colorado

    Never drove the ford ranger but the Colorado was surprisingly fun to drive. The acceleration at low speeds and solid/expected gear shifts are better than the Tacoma in my honest opinion.
