Replacing my torque converter and when I removed it the fluid pump bushing was stuck on the shaft. I got it off but when I fitted it into the trans it was not snug. It doesn't look like it's severely worn but I assume it's supposed to fit snugly in the trans with the torque converter spinning...
I assume you must have checked the fuses. I had both bulbs out once. I figured one must have been out and I didn't notice.
If not that then you need to check for voltage at the bulb connectors and start working your way back.
Yes, bad fuel pumps can do this. So can vapor lock. Loosen the fuel line & then have someon crank to see if you have fuel pressure (protect your eyes!).
