I just need to find time to install it.
My issue wasn't about the gaps at each side, it's that some edge weren't deburred correctly and had molded plastic on both edge that make the top portion rough. I do have some pictures but need to resize them.
I know. I've sent them an email with pictures attached and they just reply me back that they are sending new parts free of charge. At least their customer service is great as for now(even better than some local business).
I received mine, kind of slightly disappointed with the quality. Not that I had high expectations from a Chinese product, but some of the edge were rough on the top side.
I had it in my 2010, not in my 2016. I miss more than One would have think, even more during winter as I got my pants more dirty trying to load and unload cargo. If they would sell as an accessory I think I would retrofit mine.
Unless you remove the bracket from the bushings, it's hard to see. When I had the clunk on mine, KDSS was solid, it was just the bar hitting the metal inside the worn out bushing when the suspension was articulating. I had a lot of miles and since it was cheap to replace with 4 OEM bushing I...
My 2010 had the stabilizer bar bushing worn out in the middle that made a clunk over bump or when braking and turning. Easy fix.
