I think the thing with the cat clamp is that it isn't inpenetrable but would make it much more difficult thus not worth the theif's time. Hoepfully they would simply move onto another vehicle without one.

Not the air box. Take off the tubing from the box to the throttle on the upper intake. Open the throttle and spray some throttle body cleaner in there. Use a small brush if you have one. Wouldn't hurt to start the truck and spray some in there too. It will try to die, but keep it running by...

no one is going to do body work on that. Just bolt on a new fender and spray it. Buy your own fender and call around.

Nothing special as far as the towing package. They all have the standard tranny cooler built into the radiator.

crawl inside and takeoff the cover as stated above

don't forget about water getting to diff and xfer case breathers.
