I can vouch for the effectiveness of Dr. Colorchip. Used it on at least 10 scratches/chips around my rig a few weeks ago and it worked great. Not as good as a body shop fix of course but I was very happy with it and it's easy to use.
Of course the dent is a different story, not sure how bad...
