Got it figured out. It was the taillight fuse of all things.. didn't realize they're all connected somehow

Ahh gotcha, yeah I've been flipping that switch on and off, but nothing happens. I have also noticed my corner lights and tail lights are not working as well. Brake lights works. The running lights mode also does nothing now.

No I am using all the stock wiring. Definitely checked all the fuses and they look fine. Do you remember which fuse it was in the engine bay? I double checked all the lighting related ones as well as the fog fuse in the driver side kick panel.
