Here’s what I did to reset the ECU: “Once I was satisfied that the job was complete I disconnected the negative terminal and left it off for 20+ minutes to reset the ECU.”
Do I need to follow a different procedure or will this cover the reset?
Thanks for the suggestion - I'll check that out. Overall I believe this is definitely some form of restriction, either intake issues, compression issues or maybe clogged cat. I am happy to say I haven't experienced the bump/shudder since completing the maintenance on Saturday.
