I have the 40. It is loud and it does drone big time but I think it sounds pretty awesome honestly both inside and outside of the truck.

I have a Flowmaster Delta 40 and it's loud for sure. The drone inside the car is enough to interfere with the stereo unless you crank the volume. Also the loudest drone is around 1800 RPM which kinda sucks if you have an automatic. That said I'm psyched- sounds awesome, lets out a mean, snarling...

Short answer- your truck weighs over 4,500 pounds. Takes a lot of energy to move that much steel around.

Could be a cracked or otherwise damaged charcoal canister. Had to replace mine, was cause of CEL.

Man trucks from the south are clean underneath, up north we got rust on our rust. Hope it works out, T4R is a special machine. Mine eats up a lot my cash and drinks too much, but I love it no matter. Other posters are giving you good advice- don't buy it unless you pay less than 4K.

4X4 is not so great going around corners on pavement- your truck will be skipping/skidding/shuddering on turns as the tires fight the drivetrain. Aside from being rough on your tires and/or truck, I doubt 4X4 is very safe in city driving or traffic as handling would be affected.
