At first they were stubborn, I was only hitting the ball stud and they were not moving but when I hit started hitting the ball seat from all sides the BJ quickly came out. Maybe 10/15 min of hammering.

I just took mine off last week. I heated the spindle, tapped the spindle with a hammer, then hammered the balljoint from all sides on top.

Went to get an alignment but the tech let me know I had a bad inner tierod, so i went home to replace it.

Finally installed the new front suspension, rides like a new 4runner again! Kings and Light Racing UCAs.

Not sure about 1st gen Taco wheels but 2nd gens backspacing is 5.25" where as most 4Runner wheels is 4.5". Depending how much they are rubbing I would run spacers before trimming the UCAs.

Had a piece of LED strip left over from another project so I made a harness for some under hood lighting.

Got some maintenance done today, new belts and water pump ready for another 90k!

I'm running F:5100s w/eibach spring R:OME 861 w/Icon springs and a 1.5" BL. Tires are 315/75R16.

I ran a 3" lift with 285s on wheels w/ 4.5" BS all I did was trim the front bumper flare a little.

I can't wait for snow to start falling I'm tired of washing off mud!

I run them at 28psi and they are pretty smooth, off road I usually run at 14psi and get a decent bulge.

I'm running Duratracs in a 315 75r16, I think they are the best all around tire. On the highway they are smooth and much quieter than the MTs I had before. They are great on snow and ice and decent in mud.
