McGeorge doesn’t ship to WA??

I tried to buy the McGeorge struts, but I can’t find a way to get them to ship them to me in Seattle, WA. Anyone know what’s up with that?
I found the standard ones on T4R.org, but they only have standard and I was hoping for cold spec.
