It's not complicated to install. It is bit of a PITA though. It's a little cramped to get to the end of the fuel rail. At least it was on my 2001 4Runner. Which reminds me, I need to sell that 7th injector. edit 01/18/16 : both of by extra 7th injector kits are sold.
