About 2 hours, only needed somebody to help lift the tray up. Use the anti-seize on everything! I had the deflector bolts jam up with the stainless. Had to go to the hardware store to get stronger ones.

I was loosing one side of mine and Toyota replaced it under the 36k warranty for free.
