Rebound is the shock returning to full extension. It compresses no matter which direction the boot is facing (top or bottom).

Try going to the Lexus dealership. My 2000 GS400 needed some lights in the switches replaced and they sold them all seperately. The bulbs in the seat heater switches look real similar to the ones you have. You can also buy the green covers that go over the bulbs seperately.

I must be in the minority, but I love the new runners. The bigger rims are not my favorite, but the rest is awesome.

Just remember with the tire change you will have the opposite effect that some of us have with larger tires. Your speedometer will read faster than you are traveling and you will put on more miles than you really drive. Remember to take into account that info. when you calculate your new mpg.

It really is not the overall weight as it is the distribution of the weight. A Tundra will have the large majority of that weight over the front axle, thus heavier or stiffer shocks. That being said, I am running them on my 4Runner and I do not think the ride is all that rough. YMMV

It looks like you guys had a lot of fun nd really pushed your rigs. I just want to clarify, generally they put up signs about requiring 4WD not because a two wheel drive can not make it. They put them up because they are trying to avoid the trail being torn up in the process of the two wheel...

I am running the tundra coils with Bilsteins up front and 890s in the rear. I have a 10mm trim packer in the back (or maybe it was 5mm don't remember) and I have a slight rake. I prefer things level and most guys probably would not notice the rake. It has been awhile and some of my parts came...

There is a large rubber seal on the back of the head light from the factory. Is that removed in the installation of these kits? I am not seeing a good way to keep it on the head;light and install these new bulbs.

I do not like to comment on pricing because it varies area to area. Her in NorCal that would be a little high. Particularly with it being 2wd. All that really matters is you like it and how it compares to others you have looked at previously.

Do any of you guys who drive on snowy/icy streets have any issues with the Aussie or Lock Right lockers? My wife drives the runner sometimes in the winter and I do not want her sliding out too much.
