How much did the dealer charge you for the full flush?

I went over the paper work and I bought it "as-is". So i'm pretty much out of luck I guess.

I bought it used a couple weeks ago from a dealer in town. Unfortunately I didn't have in mind to check the 4wd due to being more focused on engine noise, leaks, any broken things, etc.. Is there a way we can tell if its the actuator or transfer case causing the problem? Sounds like my oversight...

Thanks for the feedback, I will keep trying to exercise them and see if they come loose if not i'll look into replacing them.

Oh also to note when I put it in 4lo the 4lo indicator on the dash flashes and beeps non stop..
