Did dyno test Look like b/c of Colorado ( high elevation ) losing a lot of HP (21%)

I have Xtrons TE706PL and happy for now ( have it installed only for few weeks) I added DVR recorder USB ( they have Analog one, but I can't make it work, it shows video on a screen, I selected storage, but nothing get recorded) and I added 360 bird view with 4 cameras so far so good missing...

I got SC installed. Not impressed with performance. Is there a way to check HP/torque #'s? I never drove 4runner with SC , so I can't compare. Is anybody in CO (Denver Area) has 4runner with SC installed, so I can compare? thanks
