I loved my '96 also, it's long gone but still a big favourite for me. I just seen that the US ORP doesn't get dual zone like we do, I sure enjoy having that option. That's a lot of KM's! I just cracked 3000km on mine. I hear you, ideally I would've loved to have kept it.

Curious if anyone else has tried this? I've had panavise mounts in the past in different vehicles and they've worked well. I'm not thrilled about the idea of drilling visible holes in my brand new 4Runner, if this works well it could be an option for me.

I'm about to pick up my TRDOR and I do like the OEM wheels, but I have been offered near new knock off TRD PRO wheels at a pretty good deal. I'm tempted to buy them but would keep my OEM's, the only pain would be storing them. I'm in Canada so wheels get aged from winter and salt so keeping the...

Great set ups, I'm doing some research for mine for ideas. I used a roof rack on my Tacoma and am planning the same for my new 4Runner for now. It's a bit of a pain lifting them on the roof but they're just basic 10' Pelicans so it's not that hard. That Yakima trailer is really slick.

No saturation in western Canada either. A little shorter wait for T4R than other models, but still a wait. Nothing on the lot, everything gone before they get here. Waiting about 1.5 months for mine, compared to 4+ months for premium Tacoma.

Great thread. I’ve slept in the back of my Tacoma but curious how to set up my 4Runner when it arrives. Need sleeping space for two people and some storage for light gear. These are great ideas.

As with others I understand the reason but 15 is a pretty high post count to start. I'm doing my best to contribute without posting unnecessary comments until I hit my count. Looking forward to introducing myself and being more involved with the group.

That's a crazy story. Glad you got your truck back relatively in one piece. Hope insurance helps with getting it back just like new.
